The Organizational Amnesia Project is run as an independent research initiative inside Reattend. Its remit is to extend the published organizational-behavior and knowledge-management literature on accidental knowledge loss, and to make the findings useful to operators.
The Project is housed inside Reattend's research function. Reattend builds tools to mitigate organizational amnesia in practice; the lab is upstream of that work and operates independently of the product roadmap.
The lab is funded entirely by Reattend. There are no external sponsors, advertisers, or paid placements. All published findings are released under CC BY 4.0.
Academic and field contributors are added on a rolling basis. We are particularly interested in researchers studying tacit knowledge, M&A continuity, and AI-augmented memory systems. Contact lab@reattend.com.
All research instruments are published. Field protocols, scoring rubrics, and statistical code accompany each working paper. Replication is welcomed and uncredentialed.
The Project's field studies are conducted with the consent and cooperation of participating firms, and reported in anonymized form. Below: a representative slate. The full cohort list is available to academic collaborators on request.
